To day I faced with an strange problem of unable to save file error. Every time I try to save it , it keeps throwing it.
It turns out to be problem is caused by two soft enters (Shift + enter) at the end of an equation.
To find where the problem is, create a new document. Copy parts of the document. Each time save it to see of the problem occurs. Once the source is found remove the new line.
